I went to San Francisco last May, wow! i found San Francisco such a cozy and lovely city to spend times there. I stayed at the hostel right just a block from the Union Square, and it was really convenience to go place to places, exploring the city by just walking on and on, up and down, by cable car, by train…this city was made real nice. There are lots of hotels, continental restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, shops and lots of stuff to see. I found May was a nice month to visit San Francisco..its chilling..and it could be rain sometimes during the day..but some days, you can enjoy the sun and enjoy walking along the Fisherman’s Wharf . Don’t miss to try the cram showder at the Fisherman’s Wharf and visit the Pier 39 to see those lovey lazy seals.

The Golden Gate was stunning! it really is all about San Francisco, don’t you think?

The cable car cost $ 5 for each trip regardless the distance, if you don’t want to walk up and down the hills( just my thought as it goes up and down), you can take the cable car from the Powell Street where the Union Square is, to the Fisherman’s Wharf and only enjoy the ride and sight seeing. There are 2 major routes of the service, you can check out more at http://www.sfcablecar.com/routes.html

My friend drove me to the Lombard street, the amazing street to me on how it was designed….Those residents were still driving down all day long and  it was one of an interesting place to me in SF though.

If you still have times in the city you might find walking in The Golden Gate Park along the coast and walk up to the Golden Gate Bridge in late morning is also nice and I would recommend you to. You can take a bus there actually and enjoy a cup of coffee after a nice walk is really cool.

Visiting San Francisco Botanic Garden at noon is also an enjoyable thing to do during your time there and have a nice coffee at any of the coffee shops nearby the Botanic garden is also relaxing before heading back to the city by the BART train.

The Alcrataz Tour is also an interesting activity during a chilling day when you are in San Francisco. Visit this website  http://www.alcatrazcruises.com/may help you out for the info. I didn’t do that though but my freind told me that it is worth to visit.

I spent almost a week there, but still needed more time to feel this city, I wish I could go back visit this cozy city again soon.
